David Holt

Four-time Grammy Award winner David Holt learned directly from musical greats including Roy Acuff, Tommy Jarrell, Etta Baker and Grandpa Jones. He toured with Doc Watson, was featured in the film “O Brother, Where Art Thou,” and in 2016, was inducted into the North Carolina Music Hall of Fame. “It Just Suits Me” is one of David Holt’s first releases, with banjo, hammered dulcimer, and harmonica making up the backbone of this early album.
